… and gather like-minded people to support emerging creative professionals. As a graphic designer and digital marketing specialist, I utilize website, SEO, email, and social media strategies to engage with target audiences.

Carving Out Space

As a Louisiana native, moving to the West Coast in 2013 was a challenge. After graduating in 2014, I prioritized making new connections by volunteering with Seattle Fashion Week for two years as the Lead Graphic Designer and then as the Marketing Director.

Honing My Skills

Then from 2017 to 2019, I volunteered as the Communications Chair for The Fashion Group International - Seattle Region. This position allowed me to create and manage content for their blog, email campaigns, and social media accounts along with supporting industry creatives through various events and programs.

Over those two years, I coordinated and marketed about 30 events, including a weekend-long pop-up shop in the Pacific Place Shopping Center in downtown Seattle.

Initiating New Digital Content

After a COVID-long hiatus from the fashion community, I’m ready to ease back into the scene with new articles related to marketing strategies, events, and trends. I also want to try hosting live podcast episodes to engage in deeper discussions about trends and current events.

I’m even looking forward to attending notable fashion events, including Vancouver Fashion Week, New York Fashion Week, and local events hosted by Seattle community members.
